Our couriers are experiencing delays due to the current COVID-19 lockdown in the US and increased shipping volumes. Please allow extra time for your parcel to arrive to you. For the US orders, if you require delivery by a specific date we would recommend opting for express post.

All orders placed prior to 2:00pm PST are picked, packed and shipped on the date of purchase. Any orders placed after this time will be picked, packed and shipped on the following business day.
COSTS & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Shipments to the US have a cost of 4.99$ if the order is below 100$ and free if the order is above more than 100$. Shipping costs may vary in particular promo periods and sales. Please refer to the checkout pay to get more details.
Please understand that severe weather, bushfires, aircraft mechanical failures, high volume of orders during festive seasons, and other such calamities may affect these delivery times.

We do our best to avoid customs and duties taxed on international orders. However, we do not take responsibility for any duties and taxes charged to delivery to your country of origin.
In the event that an international order attracts custom duties or taxes, please use an online calculator or refer to your government's website regarding duties and taxes.
For all other countries, please refer to your local government duties and taxes website. We are legally required to declare the total value paid on international shipments. Dalabshop.com reserves the right to deduct any return costs incurred from the total return amount for orders that are refused at customs should duties and taxes be unpaid.
COVID 19 | DELAYS
There are currently delays with National and International shipping due to Covid-19. The couriers are doing everything they can to get the parcel to you in a timely manner, however due to cancelled flights, large volumes of parcels, etc, this unfortunately is taking longer than the specified shipping time frame. Parcels are also waiting for an extended period of time with no scans or updates due to the sheer volume of parcels waiting to be processed.
Once we send off the parcel there is, unfortunately, nothing we can do to speed up the process so we kindly ask you to be patient at this time.
ARE THERE ANY CUSTOMS CLEARANCE DELAYS BECAUSE OF COVID-19?
Due to the increased government regulations worldwide during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are seeing some delays affecting orders through customs. This all depends on your local customs regulations for each impacted country of origin.
MODIFYING OR REQUESTING TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER
Dalabshop.com will gladly add or remove items from your order, as long as the request has been received within 24 hours since the order is placed.

If an item or order is cancelled, please allow 7 business days for the refund value to process back to your account. Our store credits will be available to use immediately. If your order has been dispatched changes cannot be made to the order.

We kindly ask that you take extra care when entering your address and be careful when auto fill is on in case your address has changed but not updated through auto fill.
WHAT IF I PURCHASED JUST BEFORE A SALE OR JUST AFTER A SALE?
If you purchase an order before or after a FLASH SALE, we are unable to honour sales prices due to the nature of sale periods, there needs to be a launch date and an end date to make it fair to all customers.
